FROM THE CONSISTORY OR COUNCIL
We welcome all visitors worshiping with us today. May God’s name be exalted as we worship together. The order of our worship service is printed on the back of this bulletin.
The church visitors are scheduled to meet with our Council next week Monday at 7:00 p.m. Anyone desiring to discuss a matter with the church visitors should contact the clerk.
With sorrow and regret, the Consistory makes known that after laboring with Carol De Jong her papers have been sent to her home at her request.
The Consistory has received the membership papers of Carl Bruinsma from Crete PRC and of Allyn Brummel from Heritage PRC. We welcome these brethren into our midst and pray that God will richly bless them as we worship and commune together.

Ann Miersma was admitted to the hospital in Rock Valley on Monday with pneumonia. She returned home again on Wednesday.
Let us remember these saints and their families in our prayers. In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul. (Psalm 138:3)
We rejoice with Andy and Amanda Moss who were blessed early Saturday morning with the birth of a baby boy, Taylor Jay. Amanda and Taylor are both doing well. We give thanks to God for the wonderful gift of another covenant child.
We would like to express our thanks and gratitude during the last months before and after the passing of our dear wife, mother, daughter, and sister Tricia. We would like to thank Rev. Laning for his visits over the past months and years during the journey through cancer. We have been overwhelmed with all the cards, food, visits, and many other countless acts of love and concern during not only the last months but also the past few years. Please continue to keep our family in your prayers for peace, contentment, patience, and wisdom as we continue this path that the Lord seen fit for us to travel on our earthly sojourn. “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes: and there shall be no more death, neither, sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Rev. 21:4 Lane Brummel and children, Johanna Vander Steen, and Pete and Judy Brummel and extended family
