CHURCH NEWS
Immanuel PRC (Lacombe) extended a call to Rev. Guichelaar.
Due to Rev. A. Spriensma accepting the call as home missionary, the Byron Center PRC Council has formed the following trio for congregational consideration: Revs. Griess, Huizenga, and A. Lanning. The congregation will choose from this trio after the evening service on August 20.
Rev. Kuiper is preaching his farewell today in Edgerton. His installation as our denomination’s professor is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20 at Faith PRC.

SAVE THE DATE AND JOIN US: The Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School Foundation golf tournament is scheduled to take place at the Rock Valley Golf Course on Saturday, September 2. Registration begins at 1:00 with golf to follow at 1:30. A pork tenderloin meal will be served at 5:00. Everyone is welcome to come for an enjoyable day of golf or just for a meal. Registration for golf is $45 including the meal or $15 per person for the meal only. Registration is due by MONDAY, AUGUST 28. The Reformed Witness Committee is scheduled to meet on Monday, August 21, at 7:30 p.m. at Calvary.

We are still in need of a few volunteers: part or full time nursery helpers, part or full time helpers for the precious Jewels (3 year old) room, and one hospitality helper.
