CONCERNING THE CONGREGATION
Jessica Kooima is asked to write to Gary Brummel and Joel Van Ginkel to Derick Grimm.

We rejoice with Dave and Amanda Rozeboom who were blessed on Wednesday morning with the birth of a baby boy, Ethan John. Both Amanda and Ethan are doing well. We give thanks to our God for the wonderful gift of another covenant child.
Koralee Heynen had out-patient shoulder surgery on Thursday at Dakota Dunes Surgical Hospital. The surgery was to repair a torn labrum from an injury she sustained a few years ago. The surgery went well, and she returned home the same day. Her complete recovery time is expected to be around six months. May our heavenly Father uphold her in this trial. Let us remember her and her family in our prayers.
Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength. Isaiah 26:4 With an overwhelmed, thankful heart, I want to say “THANK YOU” all so much for everything! Being a part of the family of God is truly amazing! Here is a quote from Charles Spurgeon; it is so beautiful that I wanted to share it with you all. “We have been in many trials, but we have never yet been cast where we could not find in our God all that we have needed. Let us then be encouraged to trust in the Lord forever, assured that His everlasting strength will be, as it has been, our succour and stay!” – Jacque Van Maanen
The congregation is invited to attend the wedding ceremony uniting Abby Van Ginkel and Mark Maassen this Friday, July 28, at 6:00 p.m.
The ladies of the congregation are invited to a bridal shower for Jordana De Jong and Shelby Altena (fiancé of Caleb Groeneweg) on Monday, August 14, at 7:00 p.m. at church. We look forward to seeing you there!
