Unless there are any lawful objections, their public confessions of faith are scheduled to take place next Sunday during the evening service.

Our pastor and his wife are scheduled to return on Tuesday evening.

REQUESTED ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Reformed Witness Committee will meet Monday at 7:00 p.m. in our church.
Book Club Members: The new RFPA book, Gospel Truth of Justification: Proclaimed, Defended, and Developed by David Engelsma is on the tables in the fellowship hall. 2017 marks the 500th anniversary of the Reformation of the church of Jesus Christ. This new book is intended by the RFPA and the author to celebrate this glorious work of
Christ. But the purpose is more than a celebration of the beginning of the Reformation. It is to maintain, defend, and promote the Reformation in the perilous times for the church at present. The doctrine of justification by faith alone is so fundamental to the gospel of grace that an exposition and defense of this truth is always in order. The true church of Christ in the world simply cannot keep silent about this doctrine. To keep silent about justification by faith alone would be to silence the gospel. If you would like to join the Book Club or purchase this book, contact Betty Kooiker, Book Club agent.
