With joy the Consistory announces that Phil Boonstra, Rachel Korver, and Ashley Van Engen have appeared before the Consistory to make confession of their faith. Unless there are any lawful objections, their public confessions of faith are scheduled to take place on May 21 during the evening service.
Our pastor and his wife along with elder John Van Baren and his wife (Valerie) from Hope PRC arrived safely in Myanmar this past week. Lord willing, they plan to return next week Tuesday.
Prof. Cammenga is scheduled to preach for us both services today. We welcome him to our pulpit and fellowship.

HPRCS Collection Report: The current offering total is $187,610 of the $236,445 budgeted YTD ($48,835 difference). There are 4 collections remaining this school year: (2 in Calvary PRC and 2 in Hull PRC) through which $70,330 needs to be collected to reach our total 2016-2017 budgeted collection figure of $257,940. We ask you continue to remember the needs of our school in the coming offerings.

The PR Psalm Choir will present two concerts this year. The first will be on May 7 at Grandville PRC (live stream will be available) and the second on May 21 at First PRC. Both concerts will begin at 8:15 p.m. We will be singing a wonderful selection of psalms, including some from the proposed Psalter revision work. Please join us in an evening of praise.
