CONCERNING THE CONGREGATION
Henry Hoekstra is asked to write to Gary Brummel and Monica Wiersma to Derick Grimm.
Margaret Hoekstra is now on Hospice. Let us continue to remember this sister in our prayers, rejoicing to know our heavenly Father is guiding us. To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. (I Peter 1:4-5)
Claire Van Egdom was experiencing pain and nausea and was admitted to the hospital in Rock Valley early Thursday morning. She had surgery there yesterday morning to correct any problems related to the appendectomy that she had earlier. The surgery went well and she is expected to remain there for two or three days. Let us remember Claire and her family in our prayers. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. (Psalm 62:7)
The congregation is cordially invited to witness the wedding ceremony of Travis Kooima and Amy Laning this Friday at 6:00 p.m. in our church.
