The baptism of Logan Henry, infant son of Jason and Katie Westra, is scheduled to take place this morning. We thank God for the gift of this child and pray He will grant the parents the grace needed to rear him in the fear of His name.

CONCERNING THE CONGREGATION
Kalista Heynen is asked to write to Gary Brummel and Brian Kroese to Derick Grimm.
Martin Hoekstra remains in the hospital in Sheldon where he is receiving a different antibiotic to battle the infection. Lord willing, he expects to return home sometime this week. Let us remember him and his family in our prayers.

Rev. Allen and Crysta Brummel and Elder Alan De Boer representing the FMC and Doon consistory will leave for the Philippines this Thursday, February 2, for the annual delegation. They plan to arrive home again on Tuesday, February 14. We remember the delegation in our prayers.

REQUESTED ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Trinity Christian High School Society will have a special meeting on Monday, January 30, at 7:00 p.m. to elect a new board member to replace Glenn Kooima who resigned due to his being elected elder. Nominations for the position are Mike De Jager and Steve Maassen.
