Early tomorrow morning many of our young people plan to travel to this year’s Young People’s Convention in Lake Williamson, IL. May the Lord bless them as they travel and grant grace that this convention may be to His glory and for the edification of our young people.

We rejoice with Joseph and Faith Bootsma (nee Poppema) who were united in marriage this past Friday. May the Lord richly bless their marriage that it may reflect the marriage of Christ and His church.
Catherine Kooiker was on a trip with her family, and on Wednesday she was admitted to Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She has been having pain in her side and difficulty breathing. Let us continue to remember her, Kerwen, and their family in our prayers.
The annual Church Cleaning Bee will be held Monday, August 15, from 9-12, 1-4, and 6 until finished. Many hands make light work! The council has asked each household commit three hours to care for the house of the Lord. Workers are to be high school age and older.

PRYP CONVENTION 2016: All Registration will take place at Lake Williamson on Monday, August 8. Registration will be held from 1:00–3:00 p.m. (Central Time), but we plan to accommodate early arrivals. Pizza and beverages will be available between 1:00–3:00 p.m. for all conventioneers and chaperones.
