CONCERNING THE CONGREGATION
Marcus Andringa fell the week before last and broke his right arm, crushing some bones at
the elbow. He had surgery this past Monday at the surgical center in Sioux Falls. The surgery
went well, and he returned home the next day.
Lee Vink is asked to write to Gary Brummel and John Brummel to Derick Grimm.
Brad Gritters came down with histoplasmosis, an infection by a fungus found in the
droppings of birds and bats in humid areas. He and some others were demolishing an old
chimney when they must have acquired the infection. Brad was admitted to Sanford Hospital
on Tuesday, but he has improved and returned home yesterday.
Let us remember these brothers and their families in our prayers. “My soul followeth hard
after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.” (Psalm 63:8)

Synod 2016 is scheduled to convene here this Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
Doon PRC invites you to attend the installation service of Rev. Daniel Holstege as
missionary to the Philippines to be held at Calvary PRC on Friday, July 1, at 7:00 p.m. An
offering will be taken for the Philippine Book Fund.

Urgent Need for Bus Drivers: Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School is in need of full
time and substitute bus drivers. Without additional drivers, there will be multiple routes

The Annual Society Meeting of Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School will be held at
7:30 p.m. this Tuesday, June 14, at school. Please use the south entrance by the Band/Choir
room due to school cleaning. The board presents the following men as nominees for a 3-year

Maanen, and Terry Van Maanen Nominees for a 2-year term are Tim Postma and Nathan
