At the May 11, 2016, meeting of Classis East approval was given to organize the Pittsburgh
Protestant Reformed Fellowship as an instituted church. SW Protestant Reformed Church was
instructed to organize this congregation on the behalf of Classis. With thanksgiving to God,
SW Protestant Reformed Church’s Council as well as the Pittsburgh Protestant Reformed
Fellowship invites you to Pittsburgh on June 24, 2016, at 7 p.m. for this organizational service.
Everyone is invited for a time of refreshment and fellowship following the service.

The Hull Young People’s Society will be sponsoring their annual Memorial Day Breakfast
at the Hull Protestant Reformed School gym on May 30 from 7:00 to 9:30 a.m. Join us for a
morning filled with delicious homemade food and great fellowship. There will also be a pop
can drive. Please bring your cans to the east side of the church parking lot near the dumpster.
The kick-off meeting for planning the 2018 YP Convention will be held June 1 at 7:00 p.m.
at the Hull PR Church. Information will be available regarding the various committees and
what is involved in serving on them. If you are unable to attend this meeting but would like to

The board of Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School presents the following board
nominees (for a 3-year term): Dan Blankespoor, Grant Klein, Kyle Van Der Brink, Brian Van
Maanen, Jason Van Maanen, and Terry Van Maanen. The nominees for a 2-year term include
Tim Postma and Nathan Schiermeyer. Election will take place during the Annual Society

The Young Adults’ Committee of Calvary is planning a softball outing at the Hull
diamonds on June 8. We would like to start playing a game at 7:00. Please be there a little
before that, so we can set up teams. We welcome Hull, Doon, Edgerton, and Sioux Falls
Young Adults to join us. This group is for adults post high school and older. If you are single
or dating, please join us and take a friend. We look forward to fun and fellowship. Don’t forget

Years Ago in the River’s Bend,” and a panel discussion titled “Reflections of the Past One
