The baptism of Jake Robert, infant son of Dan and Sheila Blankespoor, is scheduled to take
place this morning. We thank God for the gift of covenant children, and pray He will grant the
parents the grace needed to raise this little one in the fear of His name.

CHURCH NEWS
Namibia/South Africa Trip. Tomorrow morning, on behalf of the Contact Committee,
Professors Cammenga and Gritters will be traveling to Namibia and South Africa until June
7. They will be lecturing in South Africa for old contacts. New developments in the Namibian
churches visited in 2010 have prompted these churches to ask for another visit. Please pray the
Lord prospers these efforts in the promotion of the Reformed faith.

HPRCS Collection Report: The current offering total is $208,637.27 collected of the
$254,962.50 budgeted ($46,325.23 short). There are 2 collections remaining this school year
(1 in Calvary PRC & 1 in Hull PRC). We thank you for your support and ask you continue to
remember the needs of our school in the coming offerings.
Everyone is cordially invited to attend the graduation exercises of the Hull Protestant
Reformed Christian School. The ceremony is planned for Wednesday, May 25, at 7:00 PM at
the Hull Protestant Reformed Church. Rev. Griess will speak on the theme “Victory by Faith”.

Southwest PRC’s Evangelism Committee is planning a lecture by Rev. Brian Huizinga
titled “Keeping the Sword Drawn: Our Calling as the Church of the Militant Christ” to be held
at Grace Community Church in Hudsonville, MI, on Friday, September 30, at 7:30 p.m. This
event will also be live streamed.
Special Education Deficit Drive Update: The Board thanks all those who helped us meet
our budgeted income amount for the 2015/16 year. Ninety percent of Special Education
income comes from church collections and from our Fall and Spring Drives. We thank all of
you for supporting Special Education and thank our Heavenly Father for all the blessings He
