CALL TO WORSHIP: This Thursday at 7:00 p.m. we will have our annual Ascension Day service. Offerings will be for Sunday School and Emeritus Fund. Nursery attendants will be Mrs. B. Van Der Zwaag, Josie P., and Alyssa U.
The baptism of Jake Robert, infant son of Dan and Sheila Blankespoor, is scheduled to take place during the morning service on May 22.
CHURCH CALENDAR
Sunday: Jr. Young Adult Bible study and fellowship will meet at the parsonage at 8:00 p.m. We will discuss Isaiah 2 under the theme of proper church worship.
Monday: The deacons will meet at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Council at 8:00.

Joyce Kooiker was experiencing shortness of breath and weakness and was admitted to Avera McKennan Hospital on Friday. She is expected to remain there for a day or so for further testing and treatment. Let us remember her and her family in our prayers. “The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer.” (Psalm 18:2)
CHURCH NEWS
Rev. Holstege is preaching his farewell sermon at First PRC (Holland, MI) today. His installation as a missionary to the Philippines is scheduled for July 1 at Doon PRC.

Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School’s regular monthly Board meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, at school.
Trinity Christian High Music Department will present their Spring Band and Choral program on May 10 at 7:00 pm in Trinity’s gymnasium. The band and choirs will be presenting music praising our risen Savior. Join us for evening of God-glorifying music.
The ladies of Hull PR Church are hosting a Bridal Shower for Shannon DeKam (Mark Van Maanen), Dayna DeRoon (Brady Kooiker), and Lanae Hoekstra (Blake Meyer) on Wednesday, May 4, at 7 p.m.. There is a handout on the back tables with more information.
