Due to the meeting of Classis West, a pulpit exchange has been arranged for the second service today. Rev. Kuiper is scheduled to preach here, and our pastor is scheduled to preach at Edgerton PRC. We welcome Rev. Kuiper to our pulpit and fellowship this evening.

Dayna De Roon is asked to write to Gary Brummel and Aletha Groeneweg to Derick Grimm.
Marlin Westra is scheduled to have surgery on Monday, March 7, at Dakota Dunes to remove some bone spurs and a bulging disc in his neck while replacing the disc with a bone and metal plate. He plans to stay overnight and return home on Tuesday. Let us remember Marlin and Sandra in our prayers during this trial.
We would like to thank our church family for your visits, cards, meals, and prayers. A special thank you to Rev. Laning for his visit following Blake’s surgery. What a blessing to experience the communion of the saints. CHURCH NEWS
Classis West met this past Wednesday at Crete PRC. Six requests for 2017 subsidy totaling $266,910 were approved and will be sent to synod. One consistory asked for and received the advice of Classis to proceed to the second step of censure with one of its members. Elected as minister delegates to synod are Revs. Brummel, Key, Kleyn, Kuiper, and Laning. Elder delegates are Alvin Bylsma (Calvary), Keith Bruinsma (Peace), Chester Hunter (Edgerton), Lou Regnerus (Randolph), and Brian Van Engen (Hull). The next two churches to host Classis are Randolph PRC (Sept. 28) and Hope PRC, Redlands (March 1, 2017).
Doon PRC called Rev. Holstege to be a missionary to the Philippines.

Our Young People’s Society invites everyone to their Resurrection Day Singspiration to be held here on March 20 at 8:00 p.m.
Please reserve Monday, March 14, for the Young People’s Soup Supper. Each family with a Young People’s member is also asked to bring two baked good items to sell at the supper. The supper will be held at the Hull Community Building.
The men of Doon will host the annual combined Men’s Society meeting on Monday, March 28 at 7:00 p.m. The scripture passage, along with Edgerton’s after recess topic, will be announced soon.
The Calvary Young People’s Society invites you to their annual Potato Bake. It will be held Wednesday, April 6, at the grade school gym.
Advance notice: The Hull PRCS Fun Run/Rally is scheduled for May 14 with a rain date of May 21.
Young People: Registration for the 2016 Young People’s Convention hosted by Grace/Wingham PRC is now open. The convention is planned for August 8-12 at Lake Williamson in Carlinville, IL. CERC will be holding their annual Church Camp from June 13-16, 2016, in Melaka, a small town in Malaysia (about 2½ hour drive from Singapore). Prof Dykstra will be speaking on the theme “The Christian and the Church”. We would like to extend an invitation for your church members to attend the camp.
