CONCERNING THE CONGREGATION
Brady Kooiker is asked to write to Gary Brummel and Aaron De Jong to Derick Grimm.
Catherine Kooiker returned home from the hospital on Tuesday.
Norm Vogel remains in the hospital in Sioux Center. He has been placed on a new antibiotic but has been getting weaker.
Hillie Hoekstra had a procedure on Wednesday in Sioux Falls which went well, and she returned home the same day. She had developed jaundice due to a plugged liver bile duct. They put a stint in the bile duct, and the doctor said in a week or so the jaundice should go away.
Denny Hoksbergen is scheduled to go to Mayo Clinic on Tuesday to conduct some tests and perhaps to have surgery.
Let us continue to remember these saints, their spouses, and their families in our prayers. But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. (Psalm 3:3-4)
We rejoice with Allyn and Jacilee Brummel (nee Andringa) who were united in marriage this past Wednesday. May the Lord richly bless their marriage that it may reflect that of Christ and His church.
