FROM THE CONSISTORY OR COUNCIL
We welcome all visitors worshiping with us today. May God’s name be exalted as we worship together. The order of our worship service is printed on the back of this bulletin.
The decisions taken at the annual congregational meeting were as follows: Chosen for the office of elder were Jeff Baker, Dennis Burgers, and Brian Van Engen. Chosen for the office of deacon were Paul De Roon and Carl Maassen. The general fund and building fund budgets both passed. The motion to change the evening worship to 6:00 p.m. year round did not pass a 2/3 majority. So our evening/afternoon worship service schedule remains unchanged.
Our pastor has received the call from Doon PRC to be a missionary to the Philippines. Let us remember him in prayer as he considers this call. He plans to answer the call by Dec. 13.
Rev. Griess is scheduled to lead us in worship this morning while our pastor preaches at Calvary PRC. We welcome Rev. Griess to our pulpit and fellowship.
