The Council presents the following nominees for the special offices. For elder: Jeff Baker, Dennis Burgers, Veryl Heynen, John Huizenga, Brian Van Engen and Marlin Westra. Nominated for the office of deacon are Dan Blankespoor, Paul De Roon, Carl Maassen and Tim Postma. Anyone who believes they have a lawful objection against the nomination of any of these men should contact the clerk of the Council.
The Congregational meeting has been set for Monday, November 23, at 7:30 p.m.

CHURCH NEWS
Pastor and Mary Haak are leaving on November 11 for a three week stay (November 11-30) with the PRC of Vellore, India. Deane and Donna Wassink will join them on November 25. and Rev. Cory Griess and Rev. Doug Kuiper from the Foreign Mission Committee will arrive on December 1. The Wassinks and the ministers from the FMC plan to return on December 14. In all, a five week stay is planned with the saints of God in the PRC of Vellore. During this time there will be numerous conferences with area pastors, eight seminars, visits to three cities plus numerous villages where outreach is done, and visits to the Grace Foster Home. The delegates will also spend time with Pastor Raj and his wife Kasthuri to give them encouragement in the work.
Rev. Mahtani and his wife have arrived in the Philippines. They are scheduled to return on November 30.

Notice: The 2015 edition of the ring-bound Church Order book of our Protestant Reformed Churches may be ordered through the clerk of our Consistory. Those books, updated every five years to incorporate recent synodical decisions affecting them, are of practical use to officebearers of course, but all of our families would do well to cultivate an interest in Reformed (Protestant Reformed) church polity. If you already have the six-ring binder, you need order only the replacement pages ($4.00). Binder with contents: $10.00. (Please use sign-up sheet on the table in the narthex.) Payment can be made to the PRCA after you receive the book. The original signup sheet is missing so anyone that signed up will have to sign again. The sheet will be available for two Sundays.
Calvary’s Young People’s will be hosting a Thanksgiving singspiration on Sunday, November 22, after their evening worship service. All are invited and welcome.
The NWIPRS invites you to a night of fun and fellowship at our fall bazaar this Friday, November 20, at the Doon Community Center. Supper will be served at 6:30 p.m., and the auction will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Sunday School Christmas Program: Practice times are as follows: November 21: 1st-3rd grade from 10:00-10:45 a.m. and 4th-8th grade from 10:45-11:30 a.m. (no Pre-K or Kindergarten). December 5 and 12: All Pre-K through 8th grade will have combined practice from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Children who are waiting for siblings will be asked to stay in the sanctuary, and they will be supervised. All Sunday School teachers should plan to attend the December 5 and 12 practices.
The Trinity Harvest Supper is tomorrow night at the Hull Protestant Church. Punch bowl begins at 6:30, supper at 7:00, then a program by the Senior Choir from Trinity followed by dessert. We look forward to seeing you there.

Come Unto Me CDs are available for purchase. This is a children’s CD produced by Eric Gritters and some CCHS Choir alumni. It includes 12 songs for your children to enjoy and sing. CDs are $10. Please sign up on the sheet on the back table and give payment for your CD to Sue U. CDs should be available by Christmas. Final date to sign up is November 29.
Senior Retreat 2015: For those of you who are interested in obtaining the three speeches at the Senior Retreat in Cedar Lake this past fall, we have now made them available on CD. We have also put together a DVD of pictures along with the music of the special chapel that was given by the school children.
