We welcome all visitors worshiping with us today. May God’s name be exalted as we worship together. The order of our worship service is printed on the back of this bulletin.

This morning we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. Supervision is exercised over the sacrament, so that only those who are members of our congregation in good standing, or those who have received special permission from the Consistory are allowed to partake of the sacrament. May we be made worthy partakers of the supper of our Lord.

The sermon this evening will be an applicatory sermon.

With sorrow and regret the membership papers of Kimberly Van Der Waal (nee Kooiker) have been sent to her home at her request.

2:00 Service Next Sunday: Next Sunday our pastor will be in Loveland PRC. An elder is scheduled to lead us in worship during the morning, and Rev. Engelsma is scheduled to preach for us at a 2:00 p.m. service.

Thursday: Christian Fellowship Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. We will discuss Article 32 of the Belgic Confession.

Men’s Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Study will begin at Colossians 1:9. The after recess discussion will be on the Church Order, Article 6.

REQUESTED ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Board of Trinity Christian High School will hold its regular monthly Board meeting on Wednesday, April 22, at 7:00 p.m. at the high school.

The Young Peoples are invited to a Communist Run on Wednesday, April 22. We will meet at the Westside Park (park by the pool) at 7:00 p.m. Young people with last names beginning with the letters A-M are asked to bring a drink. Young people with last names beginning with N-Z are asked to bring a snack. We will provide cups and napkins. Please sign up on the sheet located by the kitchen window at church if you plan to attend. Everyone who volunteered to help with the event is asked to be at the park at 6:45 p.m. for instructions.

Hull Protestant Reformed Christian School is still in need of several bus drivers for the 2015-2016 school year. Because of planning and preparation necessities, willing persons need to be identified soon. Possibilities include driving only mornings or afternoons. Please call Carl Maassen at 712-470-1588.

Ladies’ League will be held at 7:00 p.m. on April 22 at Calvary PRC. Pastor Griess will be speaking on the topic “How Did We Get Here” –  Why the Dutch Reformed came to Iowa and why it matters for today. A collection will be taken for the music program at Hull PRCS.

Spring Sprint 2015: The Ladies Auxiliary of the Protestant Reformed School of Dyer, IN, has extended registration for our annual Spring Sprint through this Friday, April 24. Edmonton PRC YA Retreat 2015: Lord willing, the Edmonton PRC Young Adults’ Society will be hosting a retreat from Tuesday to Friday, August 4-7, 2015, on the theme “Knowing God even as we are known.” The speakers will be Rev.
