CONCERNING THE CONGREGATION
Keri Oostra is asked to write to Gary Brummel and Kimmy Kooiker to Derick Grimm.
It was determined this past Monday that Henry Hoekstra has melanoma in his brain. Because of the type of cancer and the fact there are multiple spots, it will not be treated. Let us continue to remember our brother and his family in our prayers. The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. (Ps. 28:7)
Minard Van Den Top has an infection (perhaps a bladder infection) and is in the hospital in Sioux Center. Let us remember our brother, his wife and family in our prayers. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. (Isaiah 12:2)
For the benefit of those who are unable to attend, our worship services are now being live-streamed on SermonAudio.com. You can access the live-stream from either sermonaudio.com or hullprc.org. The plan is to begin the stream about 5 minutes before the service starts and to end the stream when all the members have exited the sanctuary or when the sound attendant exits (whatever occurs first).
Ken Kooiker has been taken to Genesis Medical Center in Davenport for psychiatric evaluation and to get him on some medication. Remember him and his family in our prayers.
